I am a 55-year-old teacher from Datong, Shanxi Province, with a 10-year history of managing diabetes. Initially, I relied on medication to control my blood sugar, but as my condition worsened, I had to start administering insulin myself.
In the beginning, my symptoms were typical—dry mouth and frequent urination. However, over time, I started experiencing vision issues and heart discomfort, which made me increasingly anxious about my health and uncertain how to stop this downward spiral.
