Service process description

2. Contact Form	If there is no representative office in your area, you are welcome to fill in the consultation form directly to contact us.
3. Contact Confirmation	We will confirm the contact information with you through email and other means.
4. Basic Information Form	Through the confirmed contact information, we will ask you to fill out a basic information form.
5. Symptom Information Form	After receiving your basic information form, we may ask you to fill out information forms related to the symptoms.
6. Treatment plan and quotation	If the basic information is complete, we will ask medical experts to provide you with treatment plans and quotations.
7. Online communication	After the plan is completed, we will invite you to communicate with the experts online via video. We will provide relevant translation services to solve language problems.
8. Multiple rounds of communication	Such communication may be carried out in multiple rounds. Please try to directly raise your concerns and ideas, and we will seriously consider and give answers.
9. Confirm the final plan	After both parties confirm the plan, we will provide the final plan (contract), which includes treatment, food, accommodation, travel, accompaniment and corresponding quotations.
10. Payment arrangements	After the final plan is sent to you, you need to pay 50% of the total amount within two weeks.
11. Reception arrangements	After you arrive in Taiyuan, our cell butler will pick you up at the designated location, check in, and confirm all subsequent itineraries and treatment items.
12. Confirmation of treatment content	After arriving at Cellmedi, you will undergo a physical examination according to the treatment content, and after obtaining the report, you will confirm the treatment content again with the cell expert. At this time, you need to pay the remaining 50%.
13. Post-treatment examination	After all treatments and itineraries are completed, a physical examination will be conducted according to the treatment needs.
14. Follow-Up	The cell butler will connect with you throughout the process, record your opinions and suggestions in detail, and arrange subsequent treatment plans, local medical treatment and medication or home care plans.
